The xTool WonderPress V1.0 All-in-One is a modular 3-in-1 kit that allows you to perform heat transfers, cure DTF films, carry out projects requiring baking, and utilize 3D sublimation and vacuum forming. The kit includes the xTool WonderPress V1.0 heat press, the xTool Craft Oven, and the xTool 3D Form module, allowing you to easily adapt the system’s capabilities to your current project. The heat press offers automatic pressure up to 100 kg and a working clearance of up to 75 mm; the heat sealer supports DTF films up to 432 × 432 mm, and the 3D Form module provides a vacuum of up to -90 kPa and a forming area of up to 250 × 195 mm.

Precise pressing without manual pressure

The heat press provides automatic pressure of up to 100 kg, eliminating the need to manually press down on the material during transfers. The maximum working height of 75 mm also leaves room for thicker and more three-dimensional items, such as sweatshirts. Pressure adjustment in 1-kg increments and temperature adjustment in 1°C increments allow you to precisely tailor the settings to a specific material, while laser alignment facilitates accurate positioning of the design. The use of heating tubes with twice the density helps distribute heat evenly without cold spots, while the dual-station system allows you to prepare the next item while the previous one is being pressed.

xTool Craft Oven Heat Press for DTF Curing and Baking

The xTool Craft Oven expands the system’s capabilities to include DTF film curing and baking various types of projects. It supports DTF films up to 432 × 432 mm in size, and curing a single piece of material can take as little as 3 minutes. The 398 × 158 × 80 mm chamber also allows for heat-shrink sublimation on 3 mugs simultaneously, as well as working with plastic shrink wrapping, polymer clay, or acrylic bending.

3-Layer Filtration When Working with DTF

The xTool Craft Oven heat press features a built-in air purification system that helps reduce fumes and odors generated during DTF curing. The three layers consist of an H11 filter, a carbon layer, and an H13 HEPA filter, and the entire system captures up to 99.95% of DTF fumes. The filtration system is integrated directly into the heat press, allowing purification to occur while projects are in progress.

3D Sublimation on Curved Objects

The xTool 3D Form module enables 3D sublimation on objects with curved surfaces. A vacuum pump conforms the film to edges and curves, allowing for full transfers on items such as phone cases, badges, and keycaps. The maximum sublimation area is 122 × 229 mm, so the system is not limited to flat surfaces.

Vacuum forming with a vacuum of up to -90 kPa

The xTool 3D Form module also supports vacuum forming. The system softens the sheet and then uses vacuum pressure to conform it to a placed template, allowing it to replicate the template’s shape and details. The maximum vacuum pressure is -90 kPa, the working area is 250 × 195 mm, and the forming height can be up to 90 mm. The built-in pump eliminates the need for external pumps and hoses, while an infrared sensor monitors the sheet’s temperature in real time and indicates the optimal moment to start forming.

One system, three modes of operation

Changing the WonderPress’s application requires no tools or unscrewing screws—the xTool Craft Oven and xTool 3D Form module can be swapped out in seconds, and the device automatically recognizes the connected component and adjusts the settings. Operation is made easy by a 45.7 mm screen and an intuitive dial, while the xTool Studio app provides access to a cloud-based settings library. There are also 35 built-in custom settings available for offline use. The system is complemented by safety features, including an automatic standby mode and a retractable design that moves the component away from the heat source.
