When purchasing a product in our store:
Order processing may take 1-2 business days.
In some cases, if the product is delivered from the supplier’s warehouse, delivery to our warehouse may take up to 14 business days.
If you have chosen to pick up your order in-store:
The product(s) will be available for pickup only after order processing and confirmation, unless otherwise agreed with you.
You will be notified about the order readiness via email or SMS.

Please collect your order within 7 calendar days. After this period, the order may be cancelled.
When collecting your order:
1. Please bring a valid ID and your order number.
2. If another person will collect the order, specify them as the recipient when placing the order.
3. If the buyer is a legal entity, a power of attorney must be provided.
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided by a Venipak courier.
To ensure fast and smooth delivery, we kindly ask you to provide additional information in the order comments, such as: locked staircases, door codes, locked gates, or the need for a phone call upon arrival.
Orders can be collected at convenient locations such as shops, service centres, petrol stations, and parcel lockers located on the streets. Venipak Pick-Up points are open on both weekdays and weekends.
