1. SIA "JVM Logistics" (hereinafter – the Seller), registered address: Lubānas iela 41B, Riga, LV-1073, ensures that the product purchased in-store or online (hereinafter – the Product) conforms to the terms of the contract in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (hereinafter – the Warranty).
• If the Product is purchased by a Consumer (a natural person purchasing the Product for purposes not related to their economic or professional activity), the Warranty is valid for 24 months (two years) from the date of delivery of the Product.
• If the Product is purchased by a legal entity or a natural person engaged in economic activity, the Seller provides a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery of the Product.
This provision does not reduce the manufacturer’s warranty period – after 12 months, warranty obligations are handled by an authorized service center of the manufacturer or distributor (hereinafter – the Service).
Warranty claims are accepted at the Seller’s store: Lubānas iela 41B, Riga, LV-1073, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller or the Product is submitted directly to an authorized service center of the manufacturer.
2. The Consumer’s subjective opinion about the Product (e.g., “like” or “dislike”) cannot by itself be considered a basis for determining non-conformity of the Product with the terms of the contract.
3. The Product may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that may exceed the warranty period specified herein. When using the manufacturer’s warranty, both these terms and the manufacturer’s warranty conditions must be observed.
4. The Warranty is valid only if the Buyer can present proof of purchase and has used the Product in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

6. A Consumer may submit a claim regarding non-conformity of the Product within 2 (two) months from the date the non-conformity was discovered. This period does not limit the Consumer’s rights under the statutory 2-year liability period.
7. A legal entity may submit a warranty claim within 4 (four) weeks from the date the defect or damage was discovered.
8. The Warranty does not apply to consumable components (e.g., batteries, filters, etc.), as well as other consumables (e.g., toner cartridges, cartridges, etc.).
9. The Warranty does not apply if it is proven that the defect or damage of the Product was caused by:
• Improper use;

• Mechanical damage;
• Drops or impacts;
• Unauthorized repair;
• Damaged or removed serial number;

15. In case of a valid warranty claim, repair or replacement is provided free of charge.
16. If repair is not possible or not proportionate, the Product will be replaced with the same or an equivalent product.

18. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Buyer has the right to receive a refund, taking into account depreciation in accordance with applicable laws.
19. The Buyer must collect the Product within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving notification.
20. If the Product is not collected within 3 (three) months, the Seller, after prior notification to the Buyer, has the right to take ownership of the Product and dispose of it. Disposal costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
