AC Acne Treatment.
The acne treatment with IPL is intended for people with moderate acne lesions. IPL light destroys the rapidly growing bacteria responsible for inflammatory changes in acne. The action is similar to that of topical or systemic antibiotics. The IPL B-Shine PRO therapy works directly on the causes of acne and is able to remove most of the acne imperfections. The light waves are absorbed by porfins – metabolites of the anaerobic Acnes bacteria responsible for the formation of acne vulgaris. Upon exposure to radiation, porphyrins release oxygen anions causing the death of an anaerobic bacterial cell. In this way, the pro-inflammatory factor is destroyed, which reduces the amount of inflammatory acne lesions. Often, along with the bacteria, sebaceous glands are destroyed or damaged, which reduces seborrhea. The heat also causes the collagen fibers to be organized, which results in the elimination of acne scars, narrowing of the pores and smoothing the skin.
How often to perform acne treatment?
The treatment period is 8-16 weeks (2-4 months) and treatments are to be performed every 1-2 weeks. During the procedure, it is best to make two irradiations of all affected areas with an interval of about 10 minutes. The first signs of improvement are visible from the second week on (there is a reduction in the degree of inflammation in the affected areas and a slight reduction in the symptoms themselves). After the entire series of treatments: acne spots are almost completely eliminated. On the other hand, those that remain – are no longer active and disappear within the next few weeks. After healing, it is recommended to use Photorejuvenation Therapy, which stimulates the production of collagen in order to reduce the amount of acne scars. Throughout the treatment, it is recommended to use appropriate care cosmetics designed for oily, acne-prone skin.

This device is not intended for use by people with:
very dark (black) skin color
white and red hair
We guarantee that the device is effective even with light blonde hair.
How does it work?
Place the pulse area close to the skin. When the sensor's red light turns off, the area has passed skin tone detection and the device will be unlocked. The correct energy level will be adjusted automatically.
If the scanner does not recognize the correct skin tone when turned on, the device will not unlock and cannot be operated.

Contraindications:
1. The device is not intended for children under 15 years of age. Young people aged 15-18 may use the device with ine consent andior supervision of their parents or guardians. Adults over 18 years of age can use the device freely
2. Do not use if the skin in the area to be treated is tanned or red. Using the device on tanned or red skin may cause temporary or even permanent discoloration of the skin.
3. Do not use if you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, think you may be pregnant or are breastfeeding.
The Shine device has not been tested for this purpose and therefore should not be used in these cases.
Hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy or breastfeeding may increase the risk of skin damage or skin sensitivity.
4. Do not use the device if you suffer from diseases such as epilepsy, epileptic seizures or migraine.

Once your skin has healed sufficiently, consult your doctor before using the device.
9. Do not use the device If you are taking medicaions that make your skin sensitive to light, including non-steroidal ant-inflammalory agents (e.g. aspinn, ibuprofen, cetaminophen), tetracydines, phenothiazines, thiazide, diuretics, sulfonylureas, sulfonamides, DTIC, fluorouraci, vinblastine, griseofulvin, Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAS), Beta-Hydroxi Acids (BHAS), Retin-A, Accutane and/or topical retinoids.
10. Do not use if you have a disease associated with photosensitivity, e.g. porphyria, polymorphic
photoeruption, solar urticaria, lupus, etc. These conditions make the skin more sensitive to light
and the procedure may be unpleasant or painful. skin swelling, blisters or infections.
