MINISFORUM X1 Pro-470 Ryzen AI 9 HX470 barebone mini PC

The MINISFORUM X1 Pro-470 proves that powerful performance doesn’t require a large chassis. This modern mini PC combines impressive computing power with an elegant metal design, creating a compact hub for work, entertainment, and creativity. The slim design catches the eye with its minimalist look, while seamlessly fitting into a professional office, a modern gaming setup, or a home multimedia space. Measuring just 19.5 × 19.5 cm, the device takes up minimal desk space while offering capabilities typically found in much larger desktop computers. The included stand allows you to position the computer vertically, increasing flexibility in setting up your workspace and helping you make better use of available space.

Ryzen AI 9 processor: intelligence that powers the future

The device’s performance is driven by the AMD Ryzen™ AI 9 HX 470 processor, featuring 12 cores and 24 threads, combining four high-performance Zen5 cores with eight energy-efficient Zen5c cores. This architecture, supported by a clock speed of up to 5.2 GHz in Turbo mode, ensures smooth operation even when handling demanding projects, multitasking, or advanced creative applications. The integrated 55 TOPS AI engine expands the computer’s capabilities with AI-powered features, and the dedicated Copilot button on the front panel allows for quick access to smart tools that support daily work. An additional advantage is the ability to configure the TDP between 45W and 65W, allowing you to balance maximum performance, quiet operation, and power consumption to suit your current needs.

Visual dominance and endless expansion possibilities

The integrated AMD Radeon™ 890M chip delivers a top-tier visual experience, yet this is merely a glimpse into the vast capabilities of this device. Thanks to the dedicated OCuLink port, the X1 Pro-470 becomes the foundation of a powerful workstation—simply connect an external eGPU to gain uncompromising power for rendering and the most advanced projects. Professionals will also appreciate support for 8K@60Hz and 4K@120Hz resolutions, which, combined with HDMI 2.1 FRL and DisplayPort 2.0 ports, allows for simultaneous support of up to four displays. A setup configured this way guarantees a crystal-clear image and smooth performance that will satisfy even the most demanding video editors and gamers.

Data storage and memory without compromise

The Minisforum X1 Pro-470 supports up to 128 GB of DDR5 RAM clocked at 5600 MHz, ensuring smooth multitasking and a comfortable experience during video editing, graphics processing, and the use of advanced applications. Fast memory allows for efficient processing of large amounts of data and maintains high system responsiveness even under heavy load. Users also have access to three M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0 slots—two operating at PCIe 4.0 x4 and one at PCIe 4.0 x1—which allow for the installation of SSDs with a total capacity of up to 12 TB (max. 4 TB per slot). This storage capacity can easily accommodate extensive game libraries, large photo archives, and hundreds of hours of high-resolution video footage.

Tomorrow’s connectivity and lightning-fast transfers

Connectivity in the X1 Pro-470 represents the absolute pinnacle of current technological capabilities. The use of the latest Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 standards guarantees stable and super-fast wireless connections, while the dual 2.5 Gigabit LAN ports enable advanced link aggregation or network segmentation for enhanced security. Two USB4 ports with up to 40 Gbps bandwidth allow for the transfer of massive files in the blink of an eye, and the full-size SD card reader on the front of the chassis is a nod to photographers and content creators who value the convenience of working without unnecessary adapters.

Biometrics and security at the highest level

Privacy protection in the X1 Pro-470 is taken to the next level thanks to a biometric fingerprint reader built directly into the top cover. Thanks to full compatibility with Windows Hello, logging into the system is instant and secure, eliminating the need to enter traditional passwords. The robust design and advanced biometric security ensure your data remains protected from unauthorized access, giving you complete peace of mind during your daily work.

Smart communication and crystal-clear sound

Innovative AI-powered audio solutions ensure clear voice communication and an immersive multimedia experience. The device is equipped with two digital microphones (DMIC) featuring AI noise cancellation, which, combined with the built-in speakers, makes the X1 Pro-470 the ideal tool for professional video conferencing. The entire audio system, complemented by a 3.5 mm combo jack, is designed to ensure the highest quality of sound transmission regardless of your surroundings.
