The xTool WonderPress V1.0 is an automatic heat press offering up to 100 kg of pressure, a working clearance of up to 75 mm, and precise adjustment of parameters in 1 kg and 1°C increments. This allows you to adjust the settings for various materials and perform transfers on thicker items, such as sweatshirts. The device also serves as the base for the modular WonderPress 3-in-1 system, which is designed to work with the Heat Press, 3D Form, and Craft Oven modules.

Pressure up to 100 kg and space for thicker materials

Automatic pressure of up to 100 kg allows you to perform demanding transfers without having to manually press down on the material. A maximum working height of 75 mm provides additional space for thicker and more voluminous items, expanding the range of possible applications for the press. Parameters can be precisely adjusted in 1-kg and 1°C increments, making it easier to select the appropriate pressure and temperature for a specific material and type of transfer.

Even heating and more efficient production

The design features heating tubes with twice the density, ensuring that heat is distributed more evenly across the entire surface of the plate, without any cold spots. This helps maintain consistent conditions when working on successive projects. WonderPress also features a dual-station system that allows you to prepare the next item while the previous one is being pressed, increasing workflow efficiency when handling larger batches.

Precise positioning and user-friendly operation

Laser guidance facilitates the correct alignment of projects and helps maintain consistent positioning throughout entire production runs. Parameters can be adjusted using an intuitive dial, and the settings available in the app further streamline device configuration. The main unit is part of a 3-in-1 modular system, which also includes the 3D Form module designed for vacuum forming and 3D sublimation, as well as the Craft Oven with 3-layer air filtration for curing and baking processes. These modules expand the capabilities of the WonderPress system but are not included in this kit.
