Unitree Go2 Docking Station (100 TOPS)

The Unitree Go2 Docking Station (100 TOPS) expands the robot’s capabilities with advanced data processing and autonomous functions. The integrated Edge AI module offers 100 TOPS of computing power—the ability to perform up to 100 trillion operations per second—enabling it to process large amounts of sensor data in real time. This enables the use of Unitree’s proprietary navigation algorithms, advanced 3D mapping, and object and anomaly detection capabilities. The station also supports automatic contact charging, allowing the robot to return to base on its own after completing a task and prepare for the next mission.

Greater Autonomy and Advanced Environmental Analysis

A computing power of 100 TOPS provides sufficient resources to support a 3D SLAM system, which enables simultaneous mapping of the environment and determination of the robot’s position. As a result, the Unitree Go2 can analyze LiDAR data, plan routes in complex terrain, and navigate familiar environments without relying on GPS. The powerful module also supports advanced computer vision, including simultaneous recognition of multiple objects, people tracking, gesture analysis, and detection of anomalies such as leaks and infrastructure damage. These capabilities make the solution suitable for use in monitoring systems, facility security, and remote inspections, among other applications.

Extensive connectivity options for additional equipment

The station also serves as a communication hub for additional sensors and accessories. It features a USB 3.0 Type-A port, a USB 2.0 Type-C port, a USB 3.0 Type-C port, two Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports, a 100M Ethernet port with a micro-JST GH1.25-4PIN connector, and an M8 aviation connector. This set of interfaces enables communication between the robot and additional equipment, including the Unitree D1 robotic arm, advanced Hesai and Livox LiDARs, and gas sensors. The module operates within a wide supply voltage range of 16 to 60 V, and its IP54-rated design enhances the system’s ability to operate in demanding environments.
